Fully adjustable
Great quality shocks in excellent condition.

have they got low springs in them,
or (like you said) you can customise the height and stiffness of them?

Fully adjustable, yes you can lower the car with them.

how much postage to caloundra 4551 queensland, if you have an idea,
i need a new set, mine cant be lowered unless you buy new springs,
i have buzz spec, if you have any idea on them, or opinions anyone?

The springs aren't lowering ones no. They are adjustable in compression and rebound dampening.
