Mate, for that kinda price range you can get a really nice one, or import your own :) (import could have less kms than the ones for sale here)

Youll get a good one, but not below 45000 km. If you do find one with that on the clock, it will have been wound back. Realistically, look for one under 100000 km. much more likely.

Hey Vandit, I'm looking for exactly the same thing. My budgets a little lower though, I'm looking to pay around 11K tops for a 5spd Auto and 13k tops for a manual. If you want try this link;

"http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Mitsubishi-F ... 709wt_1185".

The owner of the car lives in Queanbeyan, he says the car is being held in Bungendore by his dad. He's looking for 15k, I offered him 12k over the phone and he said he'd take it (who knows he might even accept less). I haven't seen the car in person, so I cant really say what condition its in, at the very least the photos of it look pretty good. What turned me off it was the fact that it was unregistered, I did some rough calculations and you'd probably be looking at $1400 on top of the price of the car. The fact that hes had it in storage for four years puzzles me a bit as well. He said he didn't renew the rego because he had and still has no intention of keeping it, but why didn't he try selling it earlier? if your interested maybe that's something you can ask him. I paid for a vehicle history check so if youd like it I can email it to you, I also did a revs check on it and everything was ok.

I'm surprised, the vehicle history check I did came up with nothing. Although it did state that records were only available from 2004 on wards. Do you still have a copy of the Vcheck? Id like to see what details you were given.

Besides that, I'm considering importing a GPvR through a local importer, hopefully one in good condition with low km's.

i have one i will put up for sale in a week or 2, i am just finishing a manual conversion, and just reconditioned absolutly everything (clutch, flywheel, all seals and bearings) and mine is a VERY customized one, but tasteful. full white interior, lsd in the manual, (i have the 1997 facelift gpvr)

i just spent about $5000 in the last few weeks, preparing it for a trouble free life and finishing anything i can think of.... and thats when i managed to pick up a slightly damaged rx8.... even though my fto is faster than the rx8, you cant say no to an rx8. and 2 coupe's is too many.

my fto has done 89,000 original ks. and has been customized from head to toe but still stock bodykits. give me a pm and il send you a lot of pics and info about it, has new everything from wheels to fanbelts to brakepads and clutches, and i am a perfectionist, so absolutly everything works and no work needed (got all sub rattles out, any blemishes, scratches. garentee you will find it the most sophisticated looking fto you have ever seen

here are the basic pics, i have done a little since those pics (one of which is get rid of that dodge viper badge, needed it to cover scratches left by debadging the mitsubishi logo, since i have fliiled and had it sprayed). also mine is a manual now (white leather knob and leather shifter boot) and i now have white suede headliner. securing the amp to the back wall of the boot,) and also a few last fine tuning things, making sure every panel lines up, making sure there isnt any imperfections. it will be ready in a week or 2 (as i have some stuff coming in off ebay, you can take it now if you like but u might aswel wait a week or 2 for me to be happy with it all round).. il send you an email with more info, just thought i would chuck these pics up here for others who might be interested in buying as well. im email you in a few hours
