headlight cover polish.

As title, just wondering what is the liquid we use to polish our headlight plastic? Thanks.

I use Autosol metal polish on mine and they come up great with minimal effort.

I use an abrasive cutting compound, then move to car cut and polish then to scratch x

Do a YouTube search of mighty car mods + headlights. They did an episode on it.

well I used mothers metal polish after I sanded it down and at the end used scratch x to clean up those minor scratches. Took me bout 2 hrs to get it looking brand new. You may wanna get a buffer if u don't want tired arms lolz

1200 wet & dry to get the film off, then Kitten No#2, then Kitten No#1 polish. Photo doesn't do them justice, they came up like new.

Bennoz try some wax on them. Mine are going past 1.5 years and they are still clear as f**k.

You even get that rainbow effect on them afterwards. Like new ones.

what kind of wax? just turtle wax (or similar)? as in the stuff that has instructions that says "do not put on glass and plastic"?

Yeah... because right next to that product on the shelf is their 'Headlight Wax!' specific for the job, but twice as much $$$, when its probably the same product.

I used this stuff called blue magic and they came up pretty good
