Dremel Trio safety advice

Here's the Dremel Trio, a tool for cutting, sanding and routing all with one bit.
Note the safety advice, quite good and makes sense, but the bit at the bottom right is stating the obvious a bit too much I think.

Imagine getting in the dentist chair, maybe already feeling a little nervious and the dentist then lifts one of these bad boys up and squeezes the trigger.

I haven't bought one, was just looking at it online to see what materials they will cut.
