Hmm, apart from the discolouration on the front bumper (respray?) it does look good.
Not sure it's worth That much, but it is low mileage... always tricky, especially given these cars constant depreciation.
I would say the owner be happy, bar no mivec.

Yeah, or could be the light. Looks straight from the angles you can see it from. Ive been watching members buy 180k+ mileage for around 6K and have the car literally fall apart around them. Seems to me that this is a much better bet. Cost less in the long run. Fair enough on the front end damage if it has occurred. If its been properly repaired though, there isnt an issue. Much better than an engine about to detonate.....

In saying that 9 grand for a car - im sure a few members would consider selling up their FTO's if you offered them that 9k cash.
But this car is also worth checking out. If the Km's are genuine then it might be a good platform to start on.
Downsides are its auto and a non mivec, which would be what around 3-4k to get a manual mivec in there?

No offense taken. I still haven't paid that much though. $5000 for the car, $800 for a 104,000k engine and probably about $1500 all up to swap out engines and do a full service on the new one. So about $7500 all up and it'll be a perfectly running gpx manual with no rust and body in great condition. But yeah I am an idiot as I should have checked the car out by a mechanic before I bought it lol.
