Just because any engine is flooded does not mean you need a new engine :?:

Basically yeah, it got flooded, and also sat for a little while while i worked on it,
The pistons have basically rusted and seized in place, its impossible to manually turn over without any spark plugs in it, and due to the fact that it died, then started again and got flooded a second time basically, then tried to start but had no chance, it wouldnt surprise me if the rods are bent either,

Get insurance, "steal it", "burn it".
