Yesterday I had total baby brain left the lights on and flat battery.
Didn't bother stuffing around just bought a new one and was on my way.
Today went started and drove fine, had new rims fitted, drove off.
Come back to car an hour later the remote won't beep but the lights working.
Now the car won't start?
Is this an immobilizer problem? Starter motor?
The car has been fine until now??
It's like what happened yesterday but there was nothing left on???
Any help would be appreciated!

my guess is, whoever installed the sound system, might not have installed it properly and so the amp keeps draining even when your car is off, try jumpstarting or charging one of your batteries

Thanks for your help.
We shoved the button on the dash and the red light come on and started, going to take it to auto electrician and see if it is the immobilizer and stereo wiring.
If it is through the stereo jb hi fi said the contractor has to cover the costs.

yea sounds like it could b immobilizer , but considering it worked after a new battery, mayb not?
yea reason im inclined to say its the stereo set up, is cause coincidentally it happens as u install system?

I took it down to the auto electrician and he said it sounds like the immobilizer causing the trouble and from the stereo set up.
He's going to take a look tomorrow.
I've taken it out a few times this afternoon and tonight it hasn't been a problem, but ive not been using the remote to lock and unlock either, don't want to get still again
