I think,manuel gearbox...

What is needed to manual gearbox?

depends on the driver. personally i like driving manual. more control. also its a little faster compare to tip.
fuel consumption wise. i can't really feel any difference.
slow moving traffic is a pain thought. got caught at traffic a few times and my calf were sore. lols

but yes i will still recommend a manual. but you need more components(obviously) than just the gearbox

to answer the Q you need-

G/box
linkages and mounts
shifter and bracket
pedal set
clutch/flywheel and master/slave cylinders
if your picky manual dash cluster
and need to do a quick cut and splice with wiring

Forgot to mention correct drive shafts to (check drive shaft thread for correct ones to match gearbox number)
