Guys my problem ATM is I have wheel hub noise only in the back as I rebuilt the fronts no long ago so this Is what I have done my spare Fto by looks feel and sound had new rear hubs on it so I changed them over to my fto and was good until on my way back from qld last weekend and the noise from them was worse then my old ones where only installed for 3 days
A few queries I have are
1: because the new hubs didn't get used in say over a year would they seize up or
2: could it be the possibility of my rear pads being a little sticky
Cheers

Maaaaybe, unlikely though. To do properly, you have to release the tension on the handbrake cable from under the cup holder inside, then wind the calipers back into place using needle nose plyers.

You can check the hubs though, just spin them quickly in your hand. Listen for noise.

Good test is if you believe your hand brake is dragging, while its humming away pull the hand brake with your thumb always on the button and give it a couple of small yanks. If it changes noise it could be your hand brake dragging, but a dragging hand brake usually does not make any noise.

Im over 200k and rear bearings are fine.

Usually sealed hubs give out more noise when your tyres are sort of flat. Try pump them up to 40psi and see if the noise reduce are goes away.
