cracked suspension mount

is this bad
haha found this while checking something else out under my car.
its the front left trailing mounting point. all cracked up.
what i need help with is where to get the new part and its exact name. Plus what should i consider changing during the same job???

That is the rear control arm bracket - think i got a set lying round form memory. Youd want to check for any kind of cracks in the control arm assembly and possibly look at your shocks too - something is either too stiff/worn out or you ran a big pothole or something.
Ill let you know tomorrow when i have a look for the brackets - be about 20 for the two (either side)

Its the rear bush on the front lower control arm. And it doesn't look that bad.
However, if you wish to replace, they're readily available. In poly too.

Also, if swapping that one out, do the front control bushes as well for consistency. Otherwise you'll have a soft rubber & stiff poly fighting against each other, the poly will win.
