hey everyone!

well my problem is that when i drive my exhaust starts making a popping sound, it only occurs on acceleration but it doesn't always do it sometimes it will just be normal with no popping!
when the popping happens it feels like it looses abit of power however if i accelerate quite slowly it wont make any popping noises but if i try step on it abit the popping happens but like i mentioned earlier sometimes the car will just be normal and there will be no popping at all!

any ideas to what this could be? i surfed the net before for answers but there was a million problems to what it could be!

sparkplug lead not on properly

argh ill go do a spark plug change in cpl days haven't done one yet, and ill check everything out i also check out the coil boots everything was fine. looks like a big job pulling the manifold off though could a coil cause this also? as it stalled out on me a few times today on when stopping though!

Intake manifold is actually a pretty simply job. Ive done it a couple times now.

its been put into mechanics will see what the problem is soon!

Yea either spark plugs are on their way out or your leads are just about gone too. Either way.

Had the same issue when my ignition leads were corroded out...

spark plugs, leads, rocket cover gasket!
