Ideas Needed?

The colt sense first got it running few weeks back constantly idled at 2000rpm and adjustin TPS had no effect on it car wouldnt mivec or pass 6000rpm
Jason put on brenos trottle body off his engine and car now idles at 800rpm after adjusting idle screw on it and will engage mivec and do the full rev range
the problem now is it wont idled high enough on start up to warm up so u gotta hold the revs at 1.5k for it to get warm then u can leave off the revs and still stay ticking over itself at 800rpm
So can idea how to get choke on when starting up and leave it drop downitself like normal
Important to no i toke the ICV (intake control value ) off when spraying the engine before and just bolted it back on any old way and still havent adjusted it im sure problem may lie with this as there is 3plugs go into this one sensor looks important
