Centrepunch it, small drill bits and an easyout

I think the screw might be welded to a body frame at the bottom? Correct me if I am wrong

Front of the seat uses bolts, the back has bolts fixed to the floor pointing up.

Weird the part that snap off had a nut attached to it and the other ones had a circle tip and it a bolt that screws down.
How would I fix the fixed bolt from the floor pointing up?

Completely wrong actually. The other way round. In the front, the bolt threads are welded to the floor pan. Nuts are used to hold the seat down. On the rear, the holes are in the floor pan and bolts hold the rear of the seats down.

Sorry, other way around.
Front = welded bolts sticking up (studs), you put the nuts on.
Rear = bolts used to hold down seat, you put the bolts in.

They're hard too see as it's all red
I have circled the 2 studs viewable in the pic...
From the "Body Repair Manual", each arrow is pointing to a front seat stud...

I had a 50/50 chance of guessing it.
