changing coolant

hi i think i know which pipe to undo to change the coolant but im not sure. does anyone know of any links to this topic or have an easy to explain method? thanks
theres a quick tutorial in the workshop manual... youre talking about a coolant flush right?
its pretty easy... theres a plug at the front right corner of the radiator and theres also a plug on the back of the engine block that takes a 14mm spanner...
undo them both and make sure you have plenty of containers to catch coolant.... i dont think youre meant to just wash that stuff down the drain...
then follow the filling up procedures in the manual....
