Got car working everything is fine for a week or so, books roadworthy for tomorrow! Finds drops of oil under car yesterday... not good, might be sump, might be crank seal, but its really slow so should pass roadworthy. Then the battery dies last night, wouldnt charge from wall charger, so today try to jump start from other car.... f**king STARTER MOTOR! wouldnt even engage! havent even got on the road and i want :suicide:"

luckily i have a 2nd car with a good starter so will spend all night changing it... wish me luck!

This better be worth it.

crisis averted. New starter motor in and starts fine, thanks sahin, your car saved me another $100
also i think i fucked the original one, left the battery connected (by mistake) and it grounded and sparked to the case of the starter. oh well. i learnt my lesson. i might have pooped a little

That or the solenoid stuck.
