Fto manual gearbox

Hey guys so im searching for a manual fto gearbox or even a complete fto thats cheap and has a manual gearbox.
So that I can do a conversion
I already have the other parts.
Just need the box.
Idealy id like a helical lsd box if possible.
If anyone has one and could let me know that would be great
