Hey gang, so I blew my gear selector cable and I just got
Another one sent to Me.
Wondering if anyone can give me a brief overview of how to do it?(that is removing and putting in the cable) And or a website I can get a non jap version of the manual.. got quoted about 250$ for the labor so I thought maybe a DIY job may be in order..
Thanks.

It's easy as!
Remove stereo surround and gear knob
Remove battery and battery tray
Unclip both gear selector cables in the engine bay connected to the gear selector bracket
And pry off the clips that hold them in place
Unclip both selector cables connected to the gear stick inside the car
And pry off the clips that hold them in place
And then from inside undo the two 12mm bolts that hold the cables to the firewall and then pull them out from inside and have a mate guide them through the firewall
Takes about 20 minutes and $250 is a ridiculous quote for a 20 minute job
I sent them just then by the way I'm the guy you bought them off
