Hmmm, not exactly sure thats a price of around $90. Add commission formy guy in Japan and domestic/international freight and guessing less than $160.

Nah, no need to pay now. Let me get a bid placed and well see where we go from there.
Placed bid of 11000Y (about $115). Hopefully itll go for 8000Y, but if not, we have a a bit to work with.Couldhave bought it outright for 12000Y, but if I pay that, itll be over my estimate.

Nope, I can either buy it now at 12000Y (around $135) or bid and possibly get it cheaper. If you want me to bid the buy it now price, I can, but remember, postage and his commission will be on top of that price. Your call - let me know.
Its a bit like Ebay. Bid at $90 odd or buy it now at $135 odd

Will depend on postage and exchange rate. Wont know for a little while. Let me just secure the wing first and we will find out when my contact in Japan gets it. Once he posts it, he will give me a total.
