Help after engine swap

Hi did an engine swap 95 from 2l the cars runs sort of it's blowing a lot of black smoke which I think is fuel and the thermo fan won't kick in the thermo fan worked on the old motor also the old motor never blew black smoke please help I still have the old motor here we where thinking of swapping injectors
