Hit up 'Dstocks' here, he's wrecked quite a few cars over the years and might have some sets on the shelves.

You should clarify whether for MIVEC or non.

If for MIVEC there are some on eBay UK
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Mitsubishi-F ... ondition=4

They don't seem to be in great condition but may suffice if you are looking at regrinds etc

They may take a while by the time they arrive to you.

What are you planning on doing with them?

Missed the cams by 10 minutes. Some dude brought one side of the cams.

For me more like regrounding them as RPW recently posted the cam specs already. Otherwise ill might as well bite the bullet.

I had my cams out and went to Clive cams in Melbourne who had a look at them.
They couldn't measure them properly to see what they can regrind them to as I needed to bring in the rocker arm assembly etc for them to measure it accurately.

Either way though they seemed pretty knowledgeable and said they can regrind them for me.
I've thought about doing it but then the added cost of valve springs, cam gears etc was more than I wanted to spend for a handful of kw.

I'll probably have a set in the near future when I can get the other two out

Really spetz for stage 1 cams we still need valve springs? Crikey no wonder i have not have seen one person who has put cams in a 6a12.

I do have another idea but i need a set of stock cams to do some measurements.

I am not sure how much extra lift the springs can handle.
But it becomes a very expensive exercise to get cams when you factor in the cost of 4 cams, valve springs, cam gears, tuning and miscellaneous items like seals, perhaps a timing belt since it'll be off anyway and so on

The thing is at the moment the engine is out, the valve covers are leaking and im already planning to change the timing belt. So i might as well do the cam upgrade at the same time. Ill see if i can grab the cams on saturday.

An old member once did an N/A build if you look up "Valandis". He did have quite a few issues getting it all working though.

Makes sense. I understand also that he was the guinea pig for the cams. He has stage 3 which is just a little more lift to stage 1. I didnt head to the wreakers today bit hopefully sometime tomorrow.
