OBD port question in FTO

Where is the OBD connecting is in FTO. Under the steering wheel?

Under the dash panel above the pedals. Left hand side I think.

Keep in mind, Even though it is an OBD2 shaped port it does not use the OBD2 protocol and uses Mitsubishis proprietary MUTII protocol. Which can only be read by expensive workshop scanners or EvoScan.
