Ye, ye... it's a pity that engine probably costs like atleast 5+ FTO's combined...

I was more thinking of modified, worked on engine bays, like ofcourse i don't want stock, but even if you have little things like done to your engine bay like painted mivec covers.. maybe braided hosed etc... what ever...

I just want some creative ideas to flow in this thread, about what has been done..

It's not a shot of an engine bay but a nice idea of what can be done.

No I don't know anything about it, I just found the pic. Although there is someone in the UK FTO Owners Club looking into getting a batch of these made up.

well the CAI hole is there so cold air would be getting in as well.

Yeah, but the filter only gets like 30% of that air, the other 70% of the surface area of the filter is still sucking in hot air. (back on topic )

There was a thread about this stuff on the UK forum a while back, which covered techniques and paint etc. But I can't find it at the moment.

anyone know where we could get this style of thing done? I repsrayed my black to get it looking nice and new, but would love an original design on there! any ideas?

There are more CF parts being developed on my car at the moment (yes that includes the MIVEC cam cover) but for now these parts are available for group buy - more details will be posted shortly so stay tuned if you are genuinely interested
