Airpod, with a good cold air intake will probably give you 4 to 8 kw (atw)

Depending on what exhaust you get, pretty much, cat back will be around 6 to 10 kw atw i reckon, high flow cat, maybe 1 to 2 kw,

full exhaust with highflow cat, and extractors will probably give you roughly 15+kw or something like that... dono, all depends on what u get...

doesn't sound to much, but it's still good for an NA engine. check out some of the UAS www.nismo.com.au mods for the FTO.

The guys on this site that have managed to get quite a bit out of a gr with these mods which parts did they use, filter, exhaust. I was think bout getting the extractors from rpw that includes the flex join is this a good option.
