Hey guys Ive been a member for a little while now but thins is my first post! I bought my 96 GPX about a month ago now and absolutly love it! Its got a cat back dual exhaust system, intake, uni chip, and LSD. When im shifting from first to second under full load and seconds the car pulls are HUGE sending violent shutters through the chassis. when it first happened i thought i had broken something, but i think now that its just the LSD trying to stop the loss of traction. The car had a front strut is lowered and on 18" x 7.5" rims and it still happens and i think its destroying my CV's is there anything that can be done to resolve this like some suspension tweeks or torsion bars ???? please HELP 8O

i think it could be the clutch also. have you tried to say when your in 3rd, put it into 2nd then quickly release the clutch... that will most likely give you the same thing...

donno, if it's not that... then LSD perhaps...

well, that's my 2 cents anyway, welcome 2 the club btw

Flatstick.. up to the speed limit of course... :D
Try looking at your shocks - to much wear & tear on a shock will cause it to 'bounce.' Push down of your car (on the front quater) and see how long it takes to stop moving. If it goes up & down a couple of times, your shocks are shot. Try replacing the shocks & perhaps a heavier spring up front. That should reduce your shudder.
