Power Steering Fluid Specs?

Does anyone have any recomendations on what sort of power steering fluid they run in a mivec fto. Specifications and brand preferences would be much appreciated as i don't have a manufacturer's manual.

I just went to Supercheap and purchased a small bottle of the Castrol stuff for under $10 from memory.
I could say that it added an extra 5kW at the wheels, my steering wheel nearly flies out of my hands and my turning circle has decreased to 2.3 turns lock to lock.
But then again it's only power steering fluid.........and I haven't had any problems with pump noise, leaks or boiling fluid when driven hard so suggest it works OK.
