Vic: black fto /w NSW plates

saw a black fto with NSW plates today at around 8pm(mon 5/9/05), it also had green P plates lying on the parcel shelf too hehe
saw it around lonsdale st/russle st doing laps for carpark, finally saw the guy (tall asian dude with glasses) parking his car just outside dragon boat on lonsdale st.
