Hi Guys,
these photo's are only minutes old... they've only just gone onto my car and i have no idea how it drives yet...

the kit includes:
330mm rotors
4 pot light weight alloy race callipers (HSV group A Callipers)
adapters for callipers
braided brake lines

you must have 17" wheels with the recommended offset to ensure this kit fits... it may fit other offsets but won't know until a trial fit is done.

PRICE: 1595.00 for the Kit
Fitting: 220-250.00

Sorry Max, i'm not try to be a smart arse, but his name is Steve/Stephen not Simon

But yeah $1,595 is a bargain. Btw if we need to change the brake pad, do we need to order from the same supplier or we can get it anywhere?

UAS can order the KYB's for you i have no idea what model they are...

i'll find out about the brake pads... the answer right now is no idea...

it definately stops hard .... haven't had a chance to drive it yet but the reports from UAS are that its an amazing upgrade and it really fills up the wheels :)

the brake pads... the callipers are HSV group A's so it shouldn't be hard to get replacement pads when you need them...

here are some more pic's (excuse the dirty wheels please)....these are 17" wheels so you can see how much bigger it all looks... oh and the car's up on the hoist so the shocks are completely unloaded (if your wondering about the extra ride height it seems to have).

they look good.
Well but normally i say, bigger is not better... but in this case i disagree.. it's a pity looks wise the rears will look even smaller, will look 1/4 of the size

the next project will be to mate the old front callipers with the rear of the car ;) ... should make it look better...

i haven't really had a chance to drive it yet... broke the gearbox or TPS or something (no error codes coming up) .. got a box full of neutrals...

ah the quest for a fast race car.... :( .... don't know if we'll have it together in time for the track day this weekend :(....

apparently it stops like nothing else...

the later upgrade kit to the rears is going to be somewhat more involved, as we're going to have to change valves and what not in the brake system otherwise the peddle will go straight to the floor due to the extra amount of fluid flowing around... i'm hoping this second kit will be somewhere around 1k... i know that number sounds expensive as we're recycling parts but the valves and other bits won't be cheap...

still for those going for the "look" or better braking the front kit at 1595 is a bargin... :) to give you an idea when we first started on this kit a year ago we didn't think there would be change from 2k for parts alone...
