Crackz

Hey
Ive only been an owner of the FTO for like 2 weeks, and i gave it a good clean and polish, but to my shock and disappointment, ive noticed crackz in the bumper.
Like... the paint and glossy finish is still intact - no problems with that, but its like cracked underneath
Is this normal - anybody else has this?
Is there anything I can do - a car respray ($$$
)?
