it actually corses a restriction becuase the fans cannot create enougth air flow to actually draw more air then the natural compression of the engine.

heres an idea, a turbo spins at about 1.2 million rpm-god knows how high to generate the positive boost that you get with somthign like a wrx
this fan wotn even come close or be as efficent
