I need a new water pump because mine is leaking and the engine is getting VERY hot while driving it. Can anyone help me with tracking a new one down, listing a part number for it would help lots. Or if anyone has one for sale thats in good condition post your price.

Electric pump ay?? All good & well if your looking to remove some weight from the crank pulley, but a bit painful when custom locating.
Kempys have the cheapest pumps at the moment $80NZ for an aftermarket one. Email
info@kempys.co.nz Peter will sort you

I was gonna go the electric route myself and get the control unit to set flow but didnt make sense unless my pump was on the way out so I'm holding off. There actually not that big and fairly light so yes you save the weight and mounting it is fairly easy.
Plus you can get a shorter belt (cant remember what else is on that belt) and take the current mech. pump out of the way taking that load off the engine...good for at least 5hp I would say, maybe more. Was planning on doing the work myself also as it doesnt seem that hard...wiring is all plug-and-play basically.
Plus u can set it to keep running till it reaches a certain temp, even with the engine off which is great. The price isnt worth it to replace just for the fun of it but if I had to buy another one anyway at least it would partially justify it.
