Basically to stiffen up the chassis esp on turns where it has a tendency to buckle slightly. Handling is improved quite a bit esp with the front top strut.

Pro: It will give you better cornering balance & speed.

Con: It will make you car feel like drive on rails.

It really depends on your driving style, if you know what you doing, & like to corner a bit harder, then these are the cheapest upgrade for it. If not then it will only make the ride harsher for you.

if given the choice between strut bar or swaybar i'd go the swaybar :) ask Bennoz. hehehe.

all the strut bar really does is stiffen up the chassis and keep the camber of the wheel static when you're in a corner. ie. if you're car has -1 camber, stationary and without a strut bar, when you go into a corner this will go into positive state, let's say +2. this is due to the fact that the actual strut moves when cornering. however if you brace the strut, to stiffen it from moving too much, you should get close to 0 camber when cornering (which would be optimum for grip).

hope that explains it. made sense to me... hehe
