i wont mind cruising down to the beach and stopping off for a bit of a dip in the sea, especially if the weathers heading into high 30s/40s

a bit of body boarding, body surfing, tanning... 8)

a day at the beach would be awesome

just my 2cents

BUT - anything else is good though - afterall, its still a cruise

well i want decent weather this time but at the same time i think it would a bit stupid to go cruising in weather above the low 30s. Unless we planning to go to the beach 8)

what about Dramana? then instead of a crappy BBQ (no appologies from the head chef!) we could raid a chippy?

Early start from Albert park(before the tourist get there), then down Nepean Hwy

Anyway back on topic where we gonna go???

So far we have :

Where and what is Dramana? Me have no clue

Beach:

Torquay (Altho we've alrdy cruised down there once before) or
Down Frankston line (Chelsea beach i thinks?)
Mornington/Peninsula area?
Philip Island area?

I dunno lol. Just putting up random stuff. But organising a day to the beach would be difficult, cos chu cant get weather reports for like 3 weeks in advance - can u? :)

Tarkus - Where is Dramana, and tis it nice :P ?

Dramana is just south of Frankston.

anywhere from MELWAY 150 D11 to 159 G6 is OK, great beach and a fair bit of parking. there are also a few milk bars and cafes etc to get something to eat.

Arthurs Seat (the road with very tight bends) is only about 2 kliks from here. so we could finish with a drive up there!! awsome!

NOW PICK A DATE?

what about sunday 4th Feb?

If I remember correctly there are some really nice roads over the back of Arthurs seat.

Not a huge fan of the run up to the seat itself :?
Had some issues on that piece of road.

Still, taking the good with the bad i'd probably be happy with it as a cruise.
