battery Light

hey can anyone solve this..
ive d.c and reconected my battery 5 times. cleaned out the connections 3 times. the braket around the battery is tightened so much i think its improving my suspension lol.. but everytime i go around corners or even put my brakes on .. when doin 70 .. the brake light keeps flashing on .. ? its getting really anoying to the point im gonna throw the battery like a shot put. the battery is also only 1 yr old.
any ideas?

well i think most batteries are only made to last 2-3 years but maybe u have a dud?
i dont quite know what the question is... is the battery charging and then draining as soon as u hit the brakes? is that the extent of it? or is thetre an electrical fault causing the brake light to flash when u hit the stop pedal?
could be a number of things...
alternator...
fuse...
short circuit...
improper grounding...
sorry... this reply hasnt really helped at much has it? maybe the big boys will know something...

hmmm nah i had the battery cheked out by century they said it was fine.. noting wrong with it it comes with 3 year replacement warranty
but might be a short circuit somewhere.. but i dont know where..and where to start looking ..

You say brake light? I don't see why you're doing all that stuff to the battery. Anyhoo sounds like you have a dud connection to one of your break lights. I'd be getting someone to follow you and tell you what's happening with the Tail/Brake light when you have the light come on inside the car.

on a flat surface use only your parkers, and no brakes. see if the battery light still comes on. then parkers, and brakes.
try and work out if it's a load issue, grab a multimeter and stick it across the battery in 20v dc mode then get on the brakes and see what number she dips too.
does this even happen at a standstill?

oops sorry typo guys .lol . i meant .. when i put on the brakes .. the battery light comes on.. like as slowing down in movement.. as if the battery is getting thrown around or something .. but its not

is your alternator charging properly at idle? She might be charging enough when your revs are up, but not when they're lower? Just another easier test to do before you start stripping out your electrics

man this one comes up every few months, put some water in your wiper fluid, and all will be good

its not a battery light, it looks like a battery, but its the wiper fluid

Check this link, is it light number three on the left side (battery/alternator) or is it 6 meaning you need to fill your wiper reservoir.

oh great. no 6. yup you guys are right..
omg this whole time about 1 month i thought it was the battery light. i was cheking out everything pullin stuff out cleaning conections etc. but the dam pic looks like a battery..
ok will fill it up now. thanx for your help. im such a newb. lol.
