hi there

my car has a fpr but i dont really understand how it works

my car has done throttle body, manifold, exhaust, extractors, 3"pipe air and itg pod filter and other little things....

the car had all these things when i bought it

when i start the engine cold the dial reads 60psi then it drops to 40psi

is that correct setting??? thouhg i can seem to smeel fuel all the time does this mean its running rich???

also there was a hot day the other day and the dial reads 35psi ???

what is the best setting and most importantly how do i adjust it?

also have safc2 getting that dyno tune at uas next saturday

thanks

As per PM, just get UAS to dyno tune the FPR if its a adjusable one when u tuning your SAFCII.

But 60PSI is way too high. My mods are identical to yours & i'm running 42psi.

hopefully its decent power figures first time at dyno so dont know much about it

anyways from what im told my extractors are not from rpw probably some local exhaust shop made it so dont know if theres gains there

and the cat back seem to have a a really large resonate or 2 of them so dont know if its restrictive but am hoping the car gets decent gains

3" exhaust will probably cost you power...

i think i have 2.5 in exhaust

the 3" i meant was the air intake pipe not sure what that is called...

what do i need to do to the car before dyno and what sort of tire pressure do i need?

i remember there wasa post on this but i cant seem to find it
