Where to ground amplifier?

Where's a good place to ground? I've currently got mine grounded to the bolt that holds the back seats in. I tried the bolts behind the tail lights but they were no good.
Just wondering which spot most people with FTOs use? I think I might remount my amp under one of the seats at the front. any good grounding places closer to the front end of the car?
