I've a manual GPX, I need to change my gear oil soon, just wondering what is the factory recommanded gear oil rating?

I've just replaced my gearbox oil, the factory recommends 75w/90 or 85w/90, I used 75w/90.

yeah it is a bit smoother, but not a big difference.
