I've replace my clutch about 20k ago and it's starting to play up on me, ever since i replace my clutch i expect the friction point to be higher but no it's damn high no need to go into why but lately the friction point is not smooth anymore, making it go *tok tok tok tok* if i don't drop clutch with the right timing

My other mate change his clutch recently and it's the same as him so just wondering if it's normal?

mine done the same thing when i got mine done..
i took it back.. and they do a flush or something.. and my mechanic made me pump the clutch while he tightened something.. at the gearbox.. and was all good then..
your clutch should be still under warranty so take it back to your mechanics he should be able to fix it for u

when he got you to pump the clutch pedal, he was bleeding the clutch system, getting the air out of the lines.

with the clutch not feeling smooth, you might need to get it machined, you might have a heat spot in it or something.

your flywheel might have heat spots on it, usually from riding the clutch or a big clutch slip, a blue spot will form on the flywheel, so you will need to get your flywheel machined.

In this photo this clutch and flywheel was off a RODEO, this is what happens when you have a car in 4WD and trying to pull out something and you have traction at all four wheels, the clutch has a big time slip, the friction plate is torn to bits, the flywheel got so hot it didn't just get a heat spot the whole thing turned blue.

i've got my flywheel machined when i replace my clutch yeh, it only do it when the car is not warm, it's way better when it's warm up
