when i start my car the rev needle dont move it sit on 0 but in 2 to 5 min it works
did this happen to any esle

That's a weird problem i must say, in my time i haven't heard of anything similar, so i don't think it is a verry commmon issue.
I would suggest trying to swap your gauge cluster with another one, of a friends or something. It should only take about 10 minutes to swap...
Aftermarket

You havent got aftermarket gauge faces have you?. You might fint that the needle is a bit sticky because of these.

I had that problem with my old celica, before I got rid of it.
No idea what caused it - bad contact most likely.

Pull your instrument cluster out and get it checked.

it not the instrument cluster it something in the car that it wont move the needle

this could be the problem where is the ignition failure sensor does anyone konw this where it is it in the engine somewhere got a pic would be helpfull
