New Brake Pads : which ones are good??

Gonna replace mine soon...

was thinking of Bendix Ultimate brake bad setss..

On ebay they are like 400+!!! whats the deal with that??

I heard these are good, but r they good for normal street use??

God, there are a thousand brake threads going at the moment...

as before, RB74's are great pads. Very cheap and noticable upgrade for your car. In street use, they would never ever fade.

I run EBC greens. Great pad, but $180 price tag.

for all your RB74 needs.....
(though I just hope they are better at getting the right pad type now than they were a year or 2 back...took them 2 shipments to get me the correct rear pads, even had to fax them a tracing of the pad.......)

rb74's are hte way to go... i've thrashed serveral sets on the race track and they always pull up fine for road use afterwards....

although now i have hsv callipers on so its a little different but when i had the mivec callipers the rb74's were fantastic

dont get the Bendix Advanced they are crap!

i ended up getting some Project Mu pads of some1 in this forum although havn't fitted them yet

You haven't fit them is it because your wife doesn't know you bought them yet, or you too lazy.... :lol:

correct on all accounts Kev....there on my desk ready to take to the mechanics in a few weeks. My current pads are ok.
