Hate to see him with a copy of Dead or Alive. My flatmate is a WOW addict. If not sleeping or working he's on there.

Almost everyone at work plays wow. I gave it up after I hit level 60.

That's terribly unusual 8O

I guarentee though one of my mates would do the exact same thing when he's alone in his room, poor bugger. Except he plays lineage on free servers which max out at about 4 players or so at any given time, no community aspect at all which I assumed was the main drawcard for online RPG's.

I spose one of my guilty little pleasures is coming home after work, closing all the blinds and turning the lights off, getting my speakers + giant ass thanks subwoofer into position and cranking the volume while playing some Battlefield 2. The bassy rumbling of a tank is loud enough to rattle my neighbours balls, it sends mine into a frenzy :P Ah, the joys of piercing machine gun fire late at night :)

I don't get WoW and other MMORPG's... any game where I can go 5minutes without putting a bullet into the head of another player somewhere in Australia does not interest me in the slightest. Except for the Gran Turismo series, I sank so many hours into GT when I first got it on the playstation.

In summary, masterbation to games = bad, online first-person-shooters for the win!

lol WoW is aight, i only bought it cos a couple of my friends play it, it's ok to pass time, i don't see what the addiction is, the game is a bit too slow paced for my taste. I prefer strategy based games eg. starcraft and RTS eg diablo II (for those "gamers")

play Guild Wars if you want to play a MMORPG imo :) and you only have so much time in a day to spend playing :P

i spent 10months playing GWs, then bought wow, played it for a week, got fed up with how borring it was and went back to GWs :)

I love emulators :D

I have SNES and MegaDrive games on my computer (of course I own every game cartridge, Officer).

Even have some on my phone (Final Fantasy II anyone?).
