i have just made a fibre glass boot lid.. i'm not sure whether i should do an aquadip job of carbon fibre or should paint it the same as my car colour.

i have a carbon fibre GT wing that i'll install once the bootlid is done.

I currently have cf bonnent, i'm just thinking of which way the car will look better, A) cf bonnent with cf bootlid and cf GT wing? or B) cf bonnect with blut colour bootlid and cf GT wing?

i would like to have some suggestions on this... which one will you think it'll look better... to paint the bootlid into carbon fibre or paint the bootlid the same colour as my car (which is blue)?

many thanks to Shue who is helping me to get this bootlid done.

here is the bootlid pic

Doesn't that cause wind drag , the setup you have with your bootlid. I took my Gt wing off due to wind drag. I lost .1 to .2 of a second when the Gt wing was on.

i think u should make it the same colour as your car, u've spent a lot of $$ on your blue, so i think it should be the same colour. plus too many different colours looks a bit funny 8O

hey yirrong as i was tellin u the aquadip jobbie will not look like real carbon and will def show that it isnt real carbon fibre, especially with all the rest of the carbon on your car. and cf gt wing + cf bootlid will be OTT. just get it painted the colour of your car.
