First Spring Cruise - 24th September - Adelaide Hills - 10am

Post by mrx »

Time to get cracking again. Now the horrible weather is behind us, lets make the most of it!!!

Which day suits the best for everyone? And yes, they are Sundays

Also, what do we want to do? I suggest just a simple cruise around, head into the hills, maybe some wine tasting (yep, the alcohol again), lunch and plan this camping get-away thing.

Either weekend suits me, and I am sure I can map out a good day for us.

So, let me know what suits and lets get things going again.

"Its alive... ALIVE"

Ok, either Sunday is good for me. I'll be there, though must get new tyres first... Damn.

I agree, A simple cruise up for some wine tasting and lunch sounds perfect.

Well, that locks in the 24th then. Decision made.

Will come up with a plan and let you guys know shortly. Like, in the next few days. Don't keep hitting refresh waiting for it!

It's still happening. Just have to decide on an actual route for us to take, where to go for lunch and the like.

Also need to work out a couple of good photo spots if I get the chance. Should be OK to do that this weekend.

Would like to incorperate Norton Summit and Lobethal Roads in there somewhere I think.

Meet at the normal spot at 10 am. Will let you know more before then.

Shaun, If your still planning your route, found a good road the other day when I was out for a cruise. It runs off the main intersection at the top of Norton Summit roads. Not sure what it was called but it runs out through a town called Basket Range I think (bit vague I know). Very twisty road. Loved it :D. Are we meeting at the usual spot?
