Hey guys,
Ive made a huge decision here but im selling off the EVO VII and the FTO and importing a R34 GTR !!
Now abit about the EVO VII, its got 70000Kms on it had all its fluids change in compliance as well as the rotors. I got DBA 4000's on the front and standards on the back. Also just had a top of the range Cyclops 7 series alarm installed which can have the satilite navigation alarm system hooked up to it. The rims are pretty trashed but have brand new tyres on them as per compliance.
The car comes with a TV/DVD/SAT NAV and full leather interior as a mitsubishi option ! Asking price $36000ono. I will post soon, cardomain is down at the moment...

Nah, they are like $65k on the road for the early model these days. I've seen 1 or 2 in Japan for around $50K, so give and take around $56-$58k ODR if you willing to do a good search.
Once the V36 Skyline is out early next yr. Just watch them drop like the EVO.
Ohh yeah g'luck on the sale barfy

10k ontop is excess but, hey considering all other evo7s on the market are about 33k+, and the rarity of the GT-A in aus, not everyone can drive manual, and barfy is the one that went through the trouble of importing it, waiting for it, and compliancing it and will to take a $27,000 risk? are you
but then again $10,000 ontop is abit excessive

uh jonowong, tell me what u mean by "trouble of impoting it himself" ?...he did it through a company "pheonix imports", it's not like he found the car himself in japan and did compliancing and all himself...pheonix did everything for him.
i have experience because i just had a r32 imported thru them...they did everything for me, all i had to do was tell them the car i wanted and the km's range, they did the rest. the 27k price for this evo includes everything - rwc, compliance etc etc

i meant the risk of not being able to see it except in photos, not being able to test drive it, check its mechanical condition and have a close look at it
just some risks with importing

I based the price of this vehicle going by the private selling cars and EVO VII in car yards. If you want to get a EVO VII for 28k buy all means import one. But if you want the convience of actually seeing and test driving a car thats already in australia buy from a private seller.
The car is no longer for sale as i sold my FTO and im now importing another EVO VII GSR to sell. AsianQT every EVO VII in australia has been imported, you can do it yourself and save or you can buy privately and you wont find to many under the 35K mark in mint condition.
Phoenix Imports does an awesome job and only charges $800 for his service. I was selling the car at the price it was worth just because i got it into the country for 27k doesnt mean i should be selling it for that

i understand what you're saying but dont u also think that a 10k difference is abit steep considering no mods were done to it once imported...?if every evo vii in aust was imported and sold for a 10k profit im sure everyone would want to import themselves.. doesnt matter now since your not selling it anyway...
