Where 4 dial kits

Anyone know where to get dial kits these days. KMC only seem to have V4 red dials and El Dials in MPH and Funky Styling seem have V3 kits in red manual only and MPH El dials.
Looking for El dials (reverse indiglo) in KPH. Were these ever made. Either that or V3 dials in Blue or any other suggestions people may have.....
