Yep,
You need to remove the nut that holds on the steering wheel. It will be under the centre of the steering wheel. If you have the stock non-airbag steering wheel, you get this off by removing the screw behind the lower spoke of the wheel and then unclipping the cover. The nut underneath can be a bit of an issue. If you engage the steering lock it will make it easier. Once the nut comes off, you need to pull the wheel towards you to get it off the spline. If you wobble it backand forth while pulling it will eventually come off. Oncethis is off, its just 3 screws and a coupleof plugs holding in the existing combo unit.
Good luck!!

Make sure you put the nut back on by a few threads when pulling the steering wheel off as you don't want to hit yourself in the head when it comes loose.

I don't remember taking my steering wheel off to replace my stalk. Just the column shroud and I had access to the screws.
Oh well it's done, good job

Starter isn't too bad.. Just a bolt on either side (one gearbox side is a bit hidden).
Just disconnect the battery first.
It also helps to drop your Y pipe, just undo the nuts to the end of the thread (don't have to take them off) and slide the exhaust down to give yourself some more room.. not needed, but helps.
