What a great turnout and a great cruise. There were a few highlights about the cruise that I wont forget!

* Mikey not stuffing up the BBQ!! (It was actually edible this time!) :P
* Mikey scaring the girls away from the BBQ area as soon as he got out of the car! 8O
* Shitting myself when I saw the cop car overtaking all of us on the way home, and driving behind me. :?
* Our dissapointment when we arrived at the Infamous "Lighthouse". :(
* The poor guy who shot and killed himself in Philip Island
* And the look of the locals faces when 12 FTO's roar down the main st. 8O

Despite the weather, it was a fantastic day and it was good to see some new faces come along to the cruise. Cant wait for the next one!

If you talking about Scracy's Project F's rear light, u better have at least $2k aus, cause it start from $600 pound (yes UK dollars) & thats not including shiping & fitting.

1st of all, I would like to thank & praise Mikey for doing such a good job planning and organising the cruise. It's been a pleasure meeting such a wonderful bunch of FTO owners and cruise around with our pride & joy specially for a good cause. :D

FTO's on their own are great head turners, but having 12 FTO's roaring down in a row is an absolute jaw dropper, gobbsmaking, neck breaking phenomena. Remember the old lady with the green subaru station wagon passing on the opposite direction, I swear the look on her face seemed like she just swallowed 12 viagra tabs which forced her to stop on the side of the road.

Thank you all for following me to the shell servo to fill up on the way. Most of which took advantage to stretch out and grab a little snack and gave other cars to catch up.

big thumbs up and thanks to all who braved the melbourne weather to attend the event... It was a great turnout (again, which was more than expected) and good to see we didn't actually lose anyone when we got there (despite the initial confusion as to which route we should have been taking to get there but anyhooo.... :P)

i'm glad to announce that we managed to raise a total of $80 for the RCH charity. Big thumbs up to those who dug deep into their pockets for the cause - YOU GUYS ROCKKK!!! :D:D

as for the food, well yeah I guess there's still room for more improvement LoL... oh, and yeah i guess the same could be said about the bloody "lighthouse"...!! felt sorry for the guy who shot himself dead... he couldn't have picked a better spot with a view to do so! 8O

brendan: i didn't scare the chicks away - they were still there until YOU GOT OUT OF YOUR CAR! :P:lol:

shannon: you oughtta take it easy on your car mate, I could hear your rev limiter bouncing like crazy after pulling 2 cars ahead of you LoL... JK mate, it sounds nuts!

cass/john: i think the stray dog was trying to suck up to you so he can get to know your puppies better in the car LoL.. ;)

and yeah it was great to see some new faces to the club cruise such as Cass (babycass), John (jbhell), Shannon (Jester) and Rudi (mrdj1234). We hope you can turn up more regularly to our future events!

alex & scracy, you did a fantastic job with the recruitment mate - let's hope the old couple ditch their 200SX and get a REAL CAR hehehe...

toni - how can i forget about toni, a big big thanks for bringing some extra food along for the BBQ! ...now i have some leftovers for some decent breakfast to last me for a week! :D

i noticed many ppl brought their camera along last weekend so I'm expecting to see a lot more pics. again, if you need someone to host them for you, please feel free to send them my way (mikey168@ncable.net.au). i'm kicking my guts coz the fresh batteries that i bought from the Shell service station was dodgy-as..!!

Well that's enough from me - give yourselves a big pat on the back for being a part of this awesome event! The next one will be even bigger and better! Stay tuned... ;)

First off, good work Mikey on organising everything on Sunday and well done to everyone for their donations. :D

The cruise was awesome with 12 FTOs flying down the highway! It was great to catch up with you guys and meet some other members too.

Looking forward to seeing everyone's photos. Kev - love the photo of 'the new member'!

Catch you guys at the next meet.

Cheers

I would love to post some of my pics but will have to wait for a couple of reasons:

1) some of the photos did not turn out cos the USB retrieval seems to hit a fault at one stage. I think it may be my attempt at a panoramic shot 8O .
2) I'm changing ISPs, so will lose my allocated space by the end of March.
