What settings related to preload are you guys running? I was going to use 4mm preload like this vid: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HlqOA35NmAw
Any suggestions?

Just put them on? Didn't do any adjustments? hmm... I could move the springs around with my hand..so I thought preload was not properly set.

All together. Rob (Vectose) confirmed as long as the springs don't have up and down movement then I should be all right.
What hardness/softness settings are you running on yours?

Thats a good question lol are you talking about the top you can adjust if so
Both from soft turn front 12 clicks to hard and rear 14 clicks
I find its a nice ride like that.
Spring rates I dont know what they are just what ever standard is

Yeah those ... I have got standard spring rates as well. :)
Aren't you supposed to go from hard 0 to soft while changing those settings? I have got them at rear 20 and front 15... 0 being hardest, 30 being softest. Yet to put my front ones in though :P

Set 0 preload by winding top adjuster down so that the spring has a smidgeon of play, like u can move the spring a tiny tiny bit in its perch with force.

Even a tiny bit of preload adds bouncy ness

There's no preload to adjust. They're not like Teins, the lower cup under the spring is supposed to be a 'neat' fit against the spring. Just tight enough so there's no slap, yet you can still turn the spring in it's place.
