Will these tyres fit??

Anyone know if 235/40zr18s will fit my gx, its not lowered just got bilstein front and kyb back shocks.

They can, but there will be more issues compared to a smaller diameter tyre.
What size wheel do you want to run them on?

What width and offset are they? Those will determine if you're going to need to roll the guards or not, although you might get away with it if not lowered.

They probably won’t fit under the spring seats either, will need coilovers

Are the Bilstein shocks shorter like the Volvo ones? If they're not there might be a chance you could get it under. I fit a 235/45R17 under the stock shock spring seat.

Mine has 265 40 18inch at the back
