K-Mac Spherical bearing camber/castor tops

Post by spetz »

I have a brand new set of K-Mac camber/castor pillowball top mounts.

This is their new design which use spherical bearings etc.
It's the same as the Noltec camber tops so you can adjust both camber and castor on these.

Reason for sale:
I bought the older model camber tops from K-Mac but since have bought new coilovers with them supplied. I sent the old ones back because one of the bushes was broken and asked for a refund but recieved this, as they said it is valued at $580.

I am looking at offers around $400 as they are brand new and have warranty. Other offers conidered.

Yeah they are still around, still unopened

They are just front, rear doesn't need them as it already is fully adjustable and is multi link. If you are building a track car it would be good but no need otherwise.

I probably mentioned this in the original post but these are camber AND castor adjustable
And at 0 camber and max castor they stop front lift if you want to take the car to the strip ;)

Is there an easy way to install these things???

Do I need to remove the shocks to install these? if yes then i'll wait until I get the shocks and do it in one go instead of going back for seconds.

Yeah of course the hole shock assembly needs to come out

You also need to compress the springs before doing so and need a rattle gun to take the stock tops off and put these on

Pretty much same as a spring change, but without changing the springs

Let me know if you need more info, I can guide you through it as it is pretty easy

Their RRP is $580
K-Mac sent them to me as a swap for some other faulty parts I bought from them. Didn't need them

Either way I sold them to a member here for $150 + delivery
