front fog lights ???

front fog lights ???
Hi all one of my front fog lights are'nt working ive cleaned the main connection still didnt work, i know one of the bulbs have blown, does it have a circuit killer to let you know it's blown??? ive also checked the fuse. help please its annoying thanks

For me I've always just had to give it a tap... hard, from the outside. Sorted all my malfunctioning front light problems 
Also, you said one of the bulbs blew... try replacing it, that might possibly fix your problem, maybe
If i've misread your post and you actually have replaced it but it's still not working then you need to get your hands on a multimeter and check that the main connection is recieving power.

you sure th bulb is fine? Sometime the fiament might look fine but the bulb is dead.
Switched the bulbs around and see if they work.
Is it bright or dull? You could have a faulty switch and in turn just your parkers are turning on, so it could be your parkers out.
Other than that its a wiring and plug issue.
